AI Transparency

At Rupa, we use AI to support certain product features that help creators generate ideas, identify opportunities, and improve parts of their workflow.

For these features, Rupa uses Claude by Anthropic.

How we use AI

We use AI only for specific product features where it helps generate, improve, or analyze outputs for creators.

These AI-powered features are designed to support workflows such as idea generation, content analysis, and product recommendations.

What data is sent to AI

For certain AI-powered features, Rupa may send publicly available information and user-provided inputs to Claude by Anthropic in order to generate or improve outputs.

This may include:

• publicly available profile information
• publicly available content and descriptions
• publicly accessible website or link-in-bio content
• prompts, instructions, or other inputs intentionally submitted by the user while using AI-powered features

We do not send payment data, private account credentials, or Google Calendar data to Claude by Anthropic.

Google Calendar data is not used with AI

Rupa also offers a Google Calendar integration for scheduling 1:1 appointments.

Data accessed through Rupa's Google Calendar integration is not sent to Claude by Anthropic or any other AI provider.

This data is used only for scheduling functionality, including:

• reading calendar availability and free/busy information to calculate available appointment slots
• creating calendar events when an appointment is booked
• optionally generating a Google Meet link through Google Calendar event creation

Google Calendar data is not used for AI inference or model training.

Data use and privacy

• We use AI providers only to deliver the relevant AI-powered feature.
• We do not use Google Calendar data to train AI models.
• We do not send payment data or private account credentials to AI providers.

Third-party AI provider

Rupa currently uses the following third-party AI provider for certain AI-powered features:

• Anthropic (Claude)

If our AI providers materially change, we will update this page.
